We offer a 30 day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your product simply return the undamaged unit with all the original packaging and we will issue you a full refund for the product.

We also offer a 90 day exchange policy.  If your product becomes defective within 90 days return it and we will exchange it for an equal or better product.

Before returning the product please email us at importers@unitedimportsint.com explaining the reason for your return and your original order number. We will issue you a Return Authorization Number. 

Any returns send without and Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.
